Omera Gas One Limited is a joint venture of Omera Petroleum Limited and Saisan Co.,Ltd. Omera Petroleum Limited (OPL) is a safety, health & environment compliant organization incorporated as a joint venture company in Bangladesh. Omera Gas One Limited will provide solutions to industrial, commercial and domestic facilities in migrating to LPG based system. It will also import and/or manufacture materials needed to set-up Autogas refueling station.
The company is now looking for an experienced, energetic, smart and self-motivated individual for immediate appointment to fulfill the following position:

Job Responsibilities:
- Controls the direction of the company.
- Decides budgets for all departments.
- Targets and initiates business partnerships with other companies.
- Drives the culture of the business.
- Oversees employment and ensures there are enough staff (and the right people).
- Manages senior managers.
- Generates new business and gives approval of new projects.
- Responsible for day-to-day decisions.
- Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place.
- Ensures the correct practices are being met.
- Attends board meetings and other presentations.
- Drives profitability of the business
Job Specification:
Experience
- Having minimum 25 years of work experience in the energy sector.
Leadership skills
- Challenging others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model.
- Inspiring coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and making constructive suggestions for change. Managing the process of innovative change effectively.
- Communication

Educational Requirements
- Must have relevant degree (preferably in LAW) from reputed university
- Good command of Japanese and English languages.

Job Responsibilities:
Solution Development and Delivery
- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration of LP Gas reticulated system and installation of autogas stations.
- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
- Reviews work of development team.
- Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
Technical Effort Management
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Ensures technical teams are contributing to our code library.
- Communicates and enforces coding standards
- Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
