Meghna Group of Industries is one of the leading business conglomerates in Bangladesh. We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified and experienced individual for Private Secretary Position to the Chairman & Managing Director of the Group.

Required Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably in English, Business Studies, Management, and Business Management from any reputed University.
  • Diploma in Secretarial Science is preferable.
  • Should have minimum 5 years’ experience in similar job in any large business organization.
  • Should have practical working experience to perform all kinds of secretarial works maintaining high level of confidentiality/privacy.
  • Maintain schedules and diaries; Plan and organize meetings; Deal with phone calls,emails, faxes and couriers etc.; Maintain contacts database; Make necessary appointments etc.
  • Should have excellent oral & written communication skill both in English & Bangla and should have excellent command in MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail correspondences and Internet Browsing.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different people.
