Sr. Manager / Assistant General Manager (Retail Operations)
Position: 01
Based in: Dhaka with frequent visits to the showrooms across Bangladesh
Academic Eligibility
Preferably MBA with a major in Marketing from reputed public / private university. Individuals having Post Graduate degree with relevant job experience in large-format retail operations management are also encouraged to apply.
Experience Required
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with brands having countrywide operations
Job Description
1. Leading overall retail operations by setting and meeting targets, devising strategies basing on analytics and growth forecast, monitoring performance, taking corrective measures, executing promotional campaigns and overseeing retail branding
2. Generating necessary financial and non-financial reports and presenting before the Board of Directors
3. Expanding retail outreach by exploring new markets and customer segments
4. Generating effective ideas to tap future retail opportunities identifying threats and competitions
5. Maintaining close connect with the proprietors of showrooms and ensuring that the brand principles are adhered across the retail network
6. Encouraging the retail partners to be more brand-oriented highlighting on the showroom design fundamentals, customer satisfaction, HR practices etc.
7. Arranging training sessions for regional teams, retail salesforce, carpenters and other customer contact people
8. Maintaining close connect with operational heads from other departments
Sr. Executive (International Marketing)
Position: 01
Based in: HAUL Savar Factory, Dhaka
Academic & Other Eligibilities
1. Masters in Commerce / Science from any reputed public / private university
2. Should have good command in English
3. Ability to work in factory environment
4. Should have skills in MS Office & other software widely used in supply chain
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Job Description

2. Maintaining close communication with customers, banks, agents, freight forwarders and related government organizations

Manager (Factory Utility Maintenance)
Position: 01
Based in: HATIL Savar Factory, Dhaka
Academic Eligibility
B.Sc. Engineer (Mechanical / EEE) from any reputed public / private university
Experience Required
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with large manufacturing companies having hands-on knowledge in handling substation, generator, air compressor, dryer, thermal oil heater, water supply management and firefighting system
Job Description
1. Overall supervision of installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of factory utility machineries
2. Preparing and maintaining maintenance related work like preventive maintenance schedule, duty rosters, spare parts listing, documentation and vendor correspondence
Maintenance Engineer (Machineries)

Based in: HATIL Savar Factory, Dhaka
Academic Eligibility
B.Sc. Engineer (Mechanical / EEE) from any reputed public / private university
Experience Required
3 to 4 years of relevant experience will be deemed as an added advantage. Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply

1. Overall maintenance of high-end delicate machineries like CNC, Robotic UV Line, Edge Bander etc.
