Job Description/ Responsibility:

• Planning and implementing sales, marketing and business development strategies/product.
• Improving service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Providing information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing market data and trends.
• Managing relationship with all distribution channels including travel agents.
• Preparing pricing strategies considering the market prices and product cost.
• Planning and implementing branding strategies and managing Vedros for promotion.
• Coordination with operations and customer service team.
• Selection and requirement of new members of sales & marketing team.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirement: ВВА/ MBA major in Marketing from any reputed University/Institute.

Job Requirements:

• Age 35 to 45 year (s)
• Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Aviation industry
• Good leadership skills.
• Creative and innovative
• Good analytical skill
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience Requirements:

• 8 to 10 year(s) in airline business operation.
• The individual should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Marketing

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
