We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager with experience to be able to lead project development process and project management. Working as a key member of the Bangladesh programme team, the ideal candidate will be committed to fighting poverty in the developing world. As a professional, enthusiastic and self-motivated team-player in market-oriented business or NGO programme supporting small-enterprise development., candidates will be a business graduate from a reputed business school of home and/or abroad, and/or Post Graduate in Economics, Development Studies, International Affairs, or Social Sciences. Candidates will also bring experience in supporting and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation activities and demonstration of impact in business and NGO contexts.

As a senior member of Traidcraft’s management team in Bangladesh, the Senior Programme Manager (SPM) will support the Country Director to deliver the overall objectives and goals of the country programme in line with the Traidcraft’s Strategy.
