Lead HR, IR & Admin (Chittagong)
Post-Graduation in any discipline. PGDHRM or PGDPM will be given preference. Minimum 10 years working experience in any manufacturing unit. Incumbent should have experience in implementation of ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015. Also capable to handle labour union with vast knowledge on Bangladesh labour law 2006.
Lead Mechanical (Chittagong)
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering having 10 years experience in similar field. Incumbent will be responsible for planning, monitoring and maintaining mechanical equipment in the plant. Sound Knowledge on understanding mechanical characteristics, usages of the machine and requirements of schedule / preventive / predictive maintenance for melting rolling application is required.
In-Charge SMS/CCM (Chittagong)
B.Sc in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering from BUET with minimum 05 years working experience in any steel melting plant. Sound Knowledge on IF, LRF/CCM functions. Production process & utilization, Operation & Maintenance is required.
In-Charge Electrical (Chittagong)
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering having 08 years experience in similar field. Incumbent will be responsible for maintenance of Electrical Equipments as per schedule and requirement in the plant. Capable of understanding Automation (PLC & Drive) process and giving feedback to the operation.
In-Charge Safety (Chittagong)
Graduate Engineer in any discipline with minimum 07 years working experience in any heavy manufacturing unit as Safety In-Charge. Incumbent will be responsible for implementing occupational health related programs and providing safety support for any exigency in the group.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in any steel plant or heavy industry.
