People’s Leasing & Financial Services Limited-а pioneer financial institution running for last two decades, is looking for an experienced, dynamic, capable, self driven, confident Managing Director & CEO for immediate appointment.
Position: MANAGING DIRECTOR & CEO
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Discharging overall duties and responsibilities of the Company for achieving company goals and achievements;
- Building strong relationship with equity holders, customers, all stake holders & regulators of the company;
- Planning, budgeting, coordinating, controlling & taking strategic decisions to ensure segmented business target;
- Coordinating all the departments to ensure statutory compliances & company goals.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- Masters in any discipline with minimum 15(fifteen) years practical experiences in Bank or Financial institution and 02(two) years experience in second tier position of any Bank or Financial institution.
Age limit: Not exceeding 55 years. Age limit may be relaxed for the admirable candidate.
Job Location: Dhaka.
Compensation and Benefit: Attractive & competitive compensation package will be offered to the deserving candidate.
