| Qualification | Should have Degree in B.Sc or Diploma in Textiles Engineering from any reputed University/ College. |

| Experience | 20-25 years Experience in large spinning industries/mills. |
Should have knowledge of processing various products in spinning industries & 10-15 years experiences in leading spinning industries/mils. |

| Competency | Should have strong knowledge of processing 100% cotton, PC/CVC, Melange, MVS yarn and fancy yarns. Maintenance background will be preferred. |
Should have knowledge of maintenance, quality and production in spinning mills. |
