Chief Engineer (Civil)
- M.Sc/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET, CUET, RUET or KUET. 15 years experience in a construction company or in a Real Estate company.
Senior Architect
- B.Sc. in Architecture from BUET or any other recognized University.10 years experence or above in any reputed consultancy firm or in any Real Estate company.
Structural Design Engineer
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET, CUET, RUET or KUET. At least 5 years experience in high rise building design.
Customer Service Manager
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in any relevant field or MBA with good academic record. 5-7 years experience of working in a customer service department of a reputed Real Estate company.
Manager (Accounts)
- Master/ MBA in Accounting from any reputed university. CA (CC) will get preference.
8 years experience or above in any reputed Real Estate company or in any other professionally run company.
Quality Control Engineer
- B.Sc in Civil engineering from reputed university. At last 3 years experience in a reputed construction or Real Estate company.
Architect
- B.Sc. in Architecture from BUET or any other recognized University. 3 years experience or above in any reputed consultancy firm or in any Real Estate company.
Assistant Manger (Sales)
- Masters in any discipline/MBA. 8 years experience on above in any reputed Real Estate company.
Senior Estimator
- Bachelor/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed University/lnstitute. 5 years experience or above in a Real Estate or any reputed Construction firm.
Project Engineer
- B.Sc/Diploma in Civil engineering from reputed public or private university. 10 years experience in a Real Estate company.
Senior Executive (Sales)
- Masters in any discipline/MBA (Major in Marketing from reputed University).
- Minimum 6 years experience in any reputed Real Estate company.
Senior Executive (Purchase)
- BBA/MBA/Masters in any discipline. At least 4 years experience in a purchase department of any Real Estate company.
Draftsman
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Institute. At least 5 years experience or above in any Real Estate or Consultancy firm.
