Customer Care Director

Key responsibilities:

• Champion the customer service department by leading, developing and enhancing performance of the team to ensure they are fully motivated to achieve best performance and outcome
• Direct and oversee all aspects of customer care services, policies, objectives and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction index
• Drive in-depth analyses to minimize dormant subscribers, increase customer retention, and proactively minimize the churn
• Evaluate competitive threats and develop and lead appropriate programs to achieve a competitive advantage
• Lead cost optimization and department efficiencies through productivity and continual process improvement and automation

B2B Business Director

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and direct to build a strong, positive team environment and create a skilled and competent team that exceeds all sales, operational and performance objectives
• Develop, execute and oversee short and long term B2B Business strategy, to attract medium and high revenue generating businesses
• Strategize and implement solution-based B2B Operations and uncover new business opportunities in SME and SOHO, ICON, B2B Services, and B2B Marketing
• Interface and ensure the alignment of all B2B Business units as per the Company and Group strategy
• Drive budget optimization and adopt business appropriate target measures to achieve operational and strategic efficiency
