Deepto TV is a concern of Kazi Farms Group (one of the largest agro-industrial groups). We are currently seeking applications for the following position:
Job Location: Dhaka
Position: Manager/Sr. Manager – HR & Admin
Educational Background: Bachelors/Masters in HRM from reputed University, PGDHRM will be preferred

Experience: 7-10 years in relevant field

Brief job description:
-Supervise all Human Resource related functions to provide administrative and logistic supports to employees for uninterrupted operation.
-Achieve company goals through proper implementation of HR policies, procedures and effective utilization of personnel and resources.
-Oversee the recruitment process to ensure all recruitments are complied with company HR policies.
-Monitor overall payroll management to ensure timely salaries and benefits are provided.
-Oversee the employee transfer, promotion and separation activities in the organization.
-Support management on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management with issues such as: disciplinary actions, grievances and performance issues.-Oversee all admin, security and transport related affairs.

Additional Job Requirements:
-Direct exposure in dealing with worker grievance, unrest and disciplinary actions.

Salary & Benefit: Commensurate with experience & qualifications.
