Runner Group, a well reputed and leading business group, engaged In diversified business like manufacturing, assembling and marketing of motorcycle; producing and marketing of automatic-brick; marketing of truck, pickup, three and four wheeler mini comercial vehicale, lubricant, LP Gas and real estate development. To meet our expanding business requirement, we seek application from the potential candidates for the following positions of the winning team:

Asst General Manager (Land Procurement)
Masters in any discipline from any reputed university with at least 10 years practical experience in relevant field. As a land acquisition professional the candidate should be a keen planner with skills in procurement of land, obtaining necessary sanctions/approvals as well as handling complete legal matters related to the land. The applicant should have relationship management skills with abilities in liaising with land media, legal counsels and government bodies.

Manager/Deputy Manager (Land Procurement)
Graduate/Masters in any discipline with 7-9 years of experience in real estate company. Should have good knowledge on real estate land acquisition process, FAR Calculation and other rules-regulations of RAJUK. The incumbent should be responsible for collecting land information and liaising with government authorities.

Executive (Sales, Lubricant & Energy)
Graduate from any reputed University with 1 year relevant sales experience In the field. The candidate should be target oriented with good communication skills. The incumbent must be able to relocate anywhere in Bangladesh. Hard working fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Jr. Executive ( Showroom Sales)
Diploma Engineering In Mechanical/ Automobile. Having positive attitude to be a salesman who can work anywhere in Bangladesh. The candidate should be target oriented with good communication skills.

Asst Manager/Sr. Executive ( Marketing, Lubricant & Energy)
Masters/Graduate    from    renowned University with 3-6 years of experience in the field of Marketing in automobile/ pharmaceuticals/FMCG/Electrical and Electronics industry. The incumbent must have the ability to develop and execute marketing plans    through various marketing channels within the budget and the capability of building brand and demand for product positioning.

Sr. Executive (Production, Oil & Gas)
B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/Industrial and Production from renowned University. The aspirant must have 3-5 years practical experience in production/maintenance in Oil & Gas Operation business. Willing to relocate anywhere in Bangladesh.

Executive (Showroom Sales)
Minimum graduate from any reputed institution. The candidate should be smart, presentable, and energetic with good communication skills. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Asst General Manager (Marketing)
MBA in Marketing from public or renowned private University with minimum 10 years practical experience in Marketing Department in Automobiles/ FMCG/Multinational Company where 5 years in a managerial position. Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities. Having ability to formulate the marketing strategies and action plans to maximize the market share, revenue and profitability.

Manager (Sales, Spare Parts)
Engineering Graduate/Masters in any discipline with 7-10 years experience in related field. Plan, design and conduct appropriate sales strategies to acquire the targeted market share through service network, sales counters, institutional customers and dealers. Set periodic sales target and performance mile stones and proceed with team to achieve.

Executive (Marketing and Sales, Truck and Pickup)
Minimum Graduate from any renowned University. The candidate should be target oriented with good communication skills. The incumbent must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh. Hard working fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Jr. Executive (Service)
Diploma Engineering in Automobile/ Power/Mechanical. The candidate should be dynamic and hard working. Willing to work anywhere in the country i.e District/Thana level.
