GENERAL MANAGER
HR and ADMIN Will be responsible to provide directions. Guidance and support to a team consisting of HR Manager and executives spread across the nation. This position will also be responsible to look after the HR and Admin activities of other group companies.
BROAD AREA OF WORK INCLUDES
- Recruitment and Selection
- Manpower planning, designing of Job Descriptions, and all other verticals of HR especially Performance Management, Training & Development. Compensation & Benefits
- Induction and Orientation
- Policies related to compensation, transfer, promotion, interns, short term consultants, grievance redressal and exits
- Development of a uniform and comprehensive HR Policy & Processes for development of human resource, capacity building, performance appraisal and incentive
- Employee empowerment, employee engagement and employee retention
- Entire HR Generalized profile
- Organization Development interventions and Change Management
ADMIN ACTIVITIES
- Administrative support : Provision of adequate human resources, office utilities, logistics arrangement facilities
- Maintenance, tackling all disciplinary issues with suitable action, conduct of timely meetings, vendor management
- Issuing of necessary orders, circular and notices, monitoring the work of outsourced staff.
- Record Management: Maintenance of company records (COI. MOA, AOA. Share certificates, Board meeting minutes), chronological records with degradation and grading of top priority correspondences clarification of files, documentation, archives, etc.
- Liaison and coordination with Govt. Departments and Ministry for any compilation and circulation of the required information.
- Statutory compliance and legal issues.
