Position: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE, MARKETING (RESEARCH & PLANNING)

Job Location: DHAKA (Head Office)

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Developing Strategic Plan for Product, Promotion, Sales and the Brand
• Analysing Sales trend in the market segments(Self and competitors)
• Developing portfolio profile and marketing plan for project wise books
• Preparing reports for various portfolios (e.g. planned vs. actual sales)
• Performing Collection, Analysis and Management of Market Data
• Developing manuals / frameworks / SOPs for smoother functioning
• Conducting regular research on effectiveness and efficiency of the 4P’s of business
• Accomplishing any other tasks assigned by Head of the Department

Key Requirements:
• Operating knowledge of MS office
• Strong analytical ability
• Good interpersonal skill

Educational Qualification
• Masters / MBA in Marketing with Graduation in same concentration from a reputed university
• Minimum GPA 4.50 (out of 5.00) or above in SSC and HSC or equivalent exams
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 or above (out of 4.00) in the Graduation / Post-Graduation level
