Job Title: Collection Executive, Special Asset Management
Prime Responsibilities:
- Achieve the monthly collection target set by the management
- Ensure timely steps are taken for successful collection in line with business policy
- Call/visit and make necessary communication with customers
- Attend customer and meet queries
- Inform senior management for any dispute with client
- Update client information in the LAPS and recovery Software
- Provide collection update to the senior management from time to time
- Recommend legal steps as and when required
Qualification & Other Competencies:
- Graduate preferably in Business Studies/BBA/MBA/MBM or Economics
- 6 months experience in similar exposure will be an added advantage: fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Mature, pleasant an presentable personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, confident, creative, resourceful and target orientated
- Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Compensation & Benefits:
- Minimum gross salary BDT 12,000 (Higher if have similar experience)
- Uncapped incentive/commission plan based on performance
- Two festival bonuses
- Other admissible benefits as per company policy

Prime Responsibilities:
- Ability to sell consumer products mainly; all sort of credit cards and other relevant products
- Managing sales matrix along with finding potential customers
- Coordinate with line Manager; preparing monthly, weekly & daily report
