Job Summary:
Candidate having experience to work in a largefaround 100000+ Spindle) Spinning Mills at its Admin, HR and Compliance Department, Sound knowledge on HR & Payroll Management under ERP, Major area of works with Titas Gas, BERC, Palli Biddut, Department of Labor,Department of Environment, Local Govt. Court in connection with Utility & legal services. The Ideal Candidate should have leadership ability, Hard Working, ability to work under pressure, Handling additional jobs/responsibilities & be a self-starter.
Educational Requirements
Masters in any discipline or MBA in HRM or Minimum Graduate with PGDM preferable.
Age and Experience:
- Age at least 45 year(s) with 4-5 years Practical Experience as AGM.
- Retired Army Officer (not below the range of Major Rankjare encouraged to apply (Terminated candidate will not be entitled to apply) with practical working experiences in Admin /Compliance in Large Spinning Mills.
Job Location: Factory Side, Near Dhaka.
