Globe Soft Drinks Ltd. and AST Beverage Ltd., manufacturer of different types of carbonated beverage, fruit drinks and mineral water is urgently searching experienced candidates for the following positions –
1. GENERAL MANAGER – Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities
• Formulate strategies and execute them efficiently.
• Establish sales forecast and coordinate sales teams to achieve organizational goal.
• Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company & ensure continual growth.
• Support & facilitate development & implementation of plans through close monitoring and follow up of field forces.
Requirements
• Masters from any recognized university, preferably MBA in marketing or related field
• 2-3 years practical experience in the similar position and 15-20 years of total field experience in any reputed Beverage/FMCG company
2. ASST. GENERAL MANAGER – Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing of sales budget, market planning and implementation.
• Monitoring day to day sales, frequent field trips to meet Field Managers.
• Guiding and supervising the field forces in achieving sales target.
• Maintaining direct rapport with key customers/institutions.
• All other aspects related to sales as directed by the management.
Requirements
• Masters from any recognized university & preferably MBA in marketing or related field
• 2-3 years practical experience in the similar position and 12-15 years of total field experience in any reputed Beverage/FMCG company
3. SALES MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all field forces and their day-to-day operations to achieve optimum result.
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns within company policy.
• Lead sales team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures for all reporting associates.
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
• Report to management regarding sales results and productivity.
Requirements
• Masters from any recognized university & preferably MBA in marketing or related field
• 2-3 years practical experience in the similar position and 10-12 years of total field experience in any reputed Beverage/FMCG company
