Director |
A good post graduation degree and prudent professional experience in various diversified manufacturing corporate houses in a senior position with extensive exposure for over 20 years in managing company’s total operations such as Administration, Finance, Marketing, Taxation Managements, Human Resource (HR) Department with self strategic decision making power. He should be a man of exceptional perspicacity. Experience in a local Conglomerate/Govt. Corporation as Chairman/MD/ ED shall be given preference. |
| 2. | General
Manager- Admin |
Graduate/Masters in any discipline with PGDHRM/MBA in HRM Must have practical experience in the position of General Manager (Administration) for at least 05 years in any reputed diversified Group of Industries. Retired defense personnel (not below the rank of Major or equivalent) will be preferred having professional experience in line with above requirements. |
| 3. | AGM- Accounts / Finance |
M.Com/ MBA (Major in Accounting/Finance) with CA course completed. СА/ CMA (Intermediate or partly qualified) will be given preference.The total experience of the candidate in the related field should not be less than 18 years of which 5 years as AGM. |
| 4. | Manager- Finance & Accounts |
M.Com (Major in Finance/Accounting) with СА/ CMA (Intermediate or partly qualified) will be given preference.The total experience of the candidate in the related field should not be less than 12 years of which 3 years as Manager. |
