Anwar Group of Industries (AGI), one of the glorious Group of Industries in Bangladesh, engaged in diversified industries/business like Building Materials, Composite Textile, Jute, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Home Decor, Automobiles and Financial Services like Banks, Insurance etc. Anwar Group of Industries is looking for a Project Director for its upcoming Bodyline Project to produce lingerie, active wear and knit products. The following business expertise & aptitude are required for this position:
Key Responsibilities:
• To prepare project plan in consultation with different experts and management.
• Work in a team with A&F and prepare project profile.
• Lead the implementation of the project plan and report the progress to management regularly.
• Supervise and coordinate the project team members, management and external parties to ensure proper alignment of the efforts.
• To ensure projects are completed within budgets and scheduled time yet meeting quality.
• To fulfill the requirements to maintain all relevant compliance of international standards like Accord and Alliance.
• To manage the project team including architects, engineers, workplace consultants, construction managers and extend administrative support.
• To ensure that activities are conducted with the framework of company policies and procedures.
• Work in a team to prepare branding, publication and media materials.
Additional Requirements:
• B.S.C/ M.SC in Textile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering will be getting priority
• Minimum 12 years of experience of working in the relevant field
• Have experience in garments / Bodyline/Under Garments project implementation preferably in Leed Platinum/Gold certified projects
• Experience in Microsoft Project Software
• Have thorough understanding on U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) guidelines
Familiar with lingerie, active wear and knit producing machinery
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead large project team
