Job Title: Sales Executive (Branch)

Prime Responsibilities:

• Ability to sell consumer products mainly; deposits, loans, credit cards other relevant products
• Managing sales matrix along with finding potential customers
• Coordinate with line Manager; preparing monthly, weekly & daily report

Qualification & Other  Competencies:

• Graduate preferably in Business Studies/ ВВА/ MBA/ MBM or Economics
• 6 Months experience in similar exposure will be an added advantage; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Mature, pleasant and presentable personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, confident, creative, resourceful and target orientated
• Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Compensation & Benefits:

• Minimum Gross Salary BDT 12,000 (Higher if have similar experience)
• Uncapped Incentive/ Commission Plan based on performance
• Two Festival Bonuses
• Other admissible benefits as per company policy
