Sonarupa Tea Estate, Juri, Moulvibazar a concern of Akij Group is looking for dynamic, result oriented and hardworking professionals for the position of:

Manager (Tea Garden):

Experience: 15 – 20 years of experience in tea estate management with minimum 8 years in managerial position is must.

Job Description / Responsibility: Contribute pro-actively towards production of quality tea and its technical implication. Lead a team of supervisors and workers. Manage activities related to tea processing. Manage in the overall management of the estate.

Educational Requirements: Minimum 4-year university Bachelor’s degree preferably in Agricultural Sciences, Business, Social Sciences or Mechanical Engineering with HIGH academic scores in ALL public examinations. Additional Job Requirements: Age maximum 45 year(s). Passionate to deliver superior performance under challenging conditions.

Job Location: Juri, Moulvibazar.
