Islamic Development Bank-Bangladesh Islamic Solidarity Educational Wakf (IDB-BISEW) undertakes funding, formulating and implementing projects in the areas of education, human resource development and institutional strengthening.
IDB-BISEW invites applications against the following positions:
1. Developer
Web application developer specializing in opensource platform with at least 2 years’ experience in MVC based development. The candidate shall be a part of a team that shall design and develop a commercial web application serving thousands of users.
Education Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. BSc in CSE or equivalent preferred.
Job Description/Responsibility:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
Additional fob Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in MVC based development with Laravel
- Strong background in designing web user interface
- Experience of using software design patterns and dependency injection in web application development
- Comfortable in working with MySQL Server
- Excellent command of JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
2. Developer cum Designer
PHP web developer with at least 2 years of experience in UI/UX designing. The candidate shall be a part of a team that shall design and develop a commercial web application serving thousands of users.
Education Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. BSc in CSE or equivalent preferred.
Job Description/Responsibility:
- Translate requirements into elegant III elements and effective user experience design
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable MVC based PHP code
- Effectively design web applications utilizing storyboarding and graphic pre-designs
Additional Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in UI/UX design along with MVC based development with Laravel
- Strong background in designing responsive web Ul keeping in mind cross-browser compatibility
- Experience of using software design patterns and dependency injection in web application development
- Strong knowledge of UI testing
- Proficient in scripting language
- Comfortable in working with MySQL Server
- Excellent command of JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
- Comfortable in working with Photoshop and Illustrator
