Job Title: Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager (Sales)

Job Descriptions:

• Preparing yearly budget for Tender department.
• Responsible for the performance and development of Tender Business.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets/customer
• Provides timely feedback to Top Management regarding sales projection and performance.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Enlistment of our company to different government, non-government and private organization for participating in their Tender process.
• Collect information from Private and Government Organization for tender business.
• Check daily newspaper and on-line for tender information.
• Maintain liaison and good relation with Ministry, customers, competitors & follow up.
• Attend pre-bid meeting, Tender preparation and submission in own responsibility.

Job requirements:

• B.Sc Engineering in ME/EEE from any reputed Private/Public University.
• 6-8 years working experience in related sector.

Necessary Skills:

• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales force Salary Range:
