BANGLADESH THAI ALUMINIUM LTD. (BTA) is the pioneer and the largest manufacturer of anodized Aluminium profiles in Bangladesh for more than three decades with strong production, sales and marketing focus. The company seeks high calibered and outstanding professionals to fill up the position in its Senior Management Level for its Aluminium Fabrication Division who can contribute efficiently to achieve its objectives.

Job Title: DIRECTOR (Aluminium Fabrication Division)

Qualification: Candidates should be Graduates, preferably MBA (Marketing)/ Retired Army/ Civil Officials having work experience in higher positions.
The candidate should be dynamic with leadership qualities and should have strong aptitude in Marketing in the domestic as well as in the foreign markets. The person must have the ability to accept challenge to achieve sales targets, maintain liaison with the Management and other departments, manage clients including high-ups both local and foreign and work independently. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skill and should be able to motivate and control his subordinates. He should be capable of giving appropriate marketing strategies for the company. Preference shall be given to well experienced persons in Marketing of construction materials or allied items both home and abroad.
Experience: Minimum 15 years.
Age: 45-55 years.
Salary Package: Negotiable.

Job Title: Shift In Charge (Factory Anodization Plant)

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Chemical/ Metallurgical) or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the related fields.
