Management
Trainee Officer
(MTO)

Learn, observe and perform as per business requirement and as well
as the organizational structure.
Maintain good communication with line manager/supervisor and MTO coordinator (HR person), respective mentor, buddy and others related person, and continuous focus on improvement.
To absorb and act as the value of organization, 31, culture, mission, vision, goal & objective.
To have a mentality to work for the betterment of the organization and as well as its people.
Experience: Not Required.

MBA/Masters in: Economics/
Public Administration/ International
Relation/ English/ Statistics/
Chemistry/Physics/ Mathematics)
from recognized University.
(Minimum 2 first class/ Equivalent.
3rd class need not to apply)

Trainee

Engineer

Assist production Manager to develop Production Planning as per
company objective & ABP.
Assist manager to formulate and implement systems & procedure for the above plan.
Ensure improvement of factory Capacity Utilization considering product mix, WIP raw material availability to meet the marketing demands on time.
Co-ordinate with marketing department to update sales forecast and delivery requirements.
Experience: Not Required.

B.Sc. Engineering in EEE
Mechanical/IPE/Chemical/
Footwear/ Leather Product
from public or reputed private
university.(Minimum 2 first class/ Equivalent
and 3rd class need not to apply)
