Kazi Food Industries Ltd. is a concern of Kazi Farms Group (one of the largest agro-industrial groups) which is one of the fastest growing food companies in Bangladesh. Currently, we are operating with three brands – Bellissimo Premium Ice Cream, Za ‘n Zee Ice Cream and Kazi Farms Kitchen frozen food. We are seeking applications for the following position:
Position: DGM – Finance & Accounts
Educational Background: Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience: 15 years, minimum 3 years in FMCG/Pharmaceuticals industry
Brief job description:
– Manage overall financial & accounting operation to facilitate strategic financial decisions
– Monitor and control operation of overall financial process, forecast short-term & long-term cash requirements and manage fund arrangement
– Ensure overall company credit control as per approved credit limits
– Ensure variance analysis of actual vs budgeted, both in revenue and expenses. Inform management for any out of line situation
– Drive organization’s focus on cost management to achieve optimum cost control
– Ensure all fixed assets are safe and secure
Additional Job Requirements:
– Must have experience of professional ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Navision, etc.)

Brief job description:
- Ensure all payables, receivables and transactions are recorded in ERP timely & accurately, keep proper documentation and manage all banking transactions
- Coordinate with sales personnel for ensuring deposits of sales proceed and arrange sales order confirmation in lime from head-office
- Control customers’ credit and follow up with sales team for timely collection. Inform management for any out of line credit situation
- Coordinate with sales personnel to acknowledge payment confirmation to support product delivery
- Ensure all fixed assets are safe and secure, keep record in ERP to support the calculation of depreciation expenses
- Ensure variance analysis of actual vs budgeted, both in revenue and expenses. Inform management for any out of line situation
- Responsible for keeping and maintaining freezer distribution documentation as per company policy
