We currently have an opening for General Manager, MyBaN role, this is the top most leadership role of Consumer Healthcare business (based in Dhaka) with responsibility for Myanmar, Bangladesh and Nepal (MyBaN) cluster.

Key responsibilities:
•    Deliver financial performance (revenue, profit) of MyBaN cluster.
•    Ensure category development across all markets. Grow market share.
•    Ensure adequate pipeline for new products and excellence in new products’ launch.
•    Lead MyBaN leadership team (direct responsibility for Marketing, Sales and Regulatory team) and develop organizational capability.

Job requirements:
•    A Post Graduate degree/diploma in Business; Bachelor degree in Science preferred.
•    Min 15 years experience in Marketing/Sales of which 5 years at top management level.
•    Working experience in brand/creative agency is preferred.
•    Proven business acumen, leadership and team management skill (matrix and virtual team environment).
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skill
