BRAC Seed and Agro Enterprise, a flourishing wings of BRAC Enterprises. It focuses on supplying quality agricultural inputs, appropriate production and post-harvest technologies to enhance production and reduce post-harvest losses to optimise the profit of poor and marginal farmers.To enhance our services, we are looking for energetic, self-motivated, creative and proactive candidate for the following positions:

Position: National Sales Manager (NSM)

Major Responsibilities:
Lead the country sales team, achieve yearly sales/financial budget with growth objectives & implement short-mid-long term marketing & sales strategies. Prepare sales plan, yearly sales target by volume & value, rolling forecast by month, strong liaise with marketing, production & processing team, generate sales report, trade management & negotiate with corporate clients. Identify potential niche market, explore opportunities, market trend analysis, sales force capability development, involve cross functional activities & strengthening relation with stakeholders & so on so forth.

Educational Requirements:

Candidates should have B.Sc.Ag(Hons) /BBA / MBA/Master in any discipline with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.5/2nd class / division or equivalent.

Age : Max 45 year(s)
Experience : Minimum 10 years working experience on sales, distribution & trade marketing in different leading national & multinational companies related to Seed and Agro business including atleast 05 years in managerial position.

Salary: Negotiable

Job location: Head Office, Dhaka

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Major Responsibilities:
Lead the regional sales team, achieve monthly & yearly sales target, implement marketing & sales strategies, explore opportunities from existing & niche market. Monitor push & pull activities, event management & handling issues, analyze market trend & growth opportunities, ensure promotional activities, dealer-retailers management & business discipline. Continuously monitoring the team member’s activities & their capability development. Innovative ideas, liquidation & demand generation to expand market share. Liaise with local government, NGOs, research & other stakeholders.

Educational Requirements :

B. Sc. Ag (Hons)/Graduate/Master in any discipline with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.5/2nd class/division or equivalent.

Age : Max 38 year(s)

Experience : At least 02 years working experience in managerial position

Salary : Negotiable

Job location : Field Office.

Job Title: Territory Sales Officer (TSO)

Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving monthly & yearly sales target by volume, value & portfolio mix for territory. Brand establishment through marketing promotion like conduct product demonstration, farmers meeting, field day & other promotional activities, channel (dealer & retailer) management, monitor dealers & retailers product demand, push vs pull activities, growth opportunities & expand market share. Resolve territory wise issues & event management related to business. Collect basic market information for future planning, coordination & participate in agricultural program organized by DAE & NGOs for strengthening relation & liaise with all local stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

Candidates should have Graduate/Masters in any discipline GPA or CGPA 2.5/2nd class/division or equivalent result. Agriculture background will prefer.

Age : Max 30 year(s)

Experience : Not Required but experience candidates will get preference

Salary : Negotiable
