BD Finance Securities Limited Job Circular

BD Finance Securities Limited (BD Securities), a subsidiary of Bangladesh Finance & Investment Company Ltd (BD Finance), is one of the largest brokerage houses of the country, started its operation in November 2011 with paid-up capital of TK. 104.60 Crore. The company is looking for a Deputy Managing Director & Head of Business to reinforce its marketing team.

The candidate should be an MBA/Masters with minimum 15 years of experience including at least 5 (five) years in senior management position in a reputed merchant bank or a brokerage house. The Deputy Managing Director will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement strategic business plan to maximize revenue from corporate, retail and foreign investment portfolio.
• Constantly monitor competitive landscape, industry trends and market condition to identify opportunities and provide strategic advice to the management.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plan to facilitate achievement through cost-effective operations and market development activities.
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
• Supervise works of executives providing guidance and motivation to derive maximum output.
• Should have sound knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company as well as corporate finance and corporate law.
• Should have organizational and leadership skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
