The World Bank Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh seeks to recruit a dynamic professional as an Economist for the Bank’s Macro Trade & Investment, Global Practice. This is a 2-year Term appointment.

The candidate should have Masters, or PhD in Economics, with five years of experience in macro modeling, public finance and macro policy analysis.

This is a country office position in Bangladesh subject to local recruitment under the Bangladesh compensation plan. The World Bank offers a locally competitive package.
