Rural Power Company Limited (RPCL) is a Public Limited Company engaged in Power Generation invites application from competent citizen of Bangladesh for appointment to the following posts :

(a) At least Master Degree in Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting/ MBA (major in Finance/ Accounting) from any recognized university.
(b) (b) At least 04 (four) years experience in the position not below the rank of Manager or equivalent in the relevant field. (c) (c) At least 12 (twelve) years work experience in the relevant field of which 04 (four) years in generation / transmission/ distribution utilities. |
| 2. | Manager (Accounts/ Finance)
Basic Salary: Tk-91.000.00 & other benefits as per Service Rules Age Limit: Maximum 40 (forty) years No. of Post: 01 (one) |
(a) At least Master Degree in Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting/MBA (major in Finance/Accounting) from any recognized university.
(b) At least 08 (eight) years work experience in the relevant field of which 04 (four) years as Deputy Manager or equivalent position in generation/ transmission/distribution utilities. |
Terms and Conditions for application:

Incomplete application will not be accepted.
- No third division/Class at any stage of the academic career shall be acceptable. Candidates passed in the grading system must possess at least a GPA/CGPA 3.0 on a scale of 5.0 and GPA/CGPA 2.5 on a scale of 4.0.
- Must demonstrate strong participatory leadership ability.
- Must have strong communication skill in English (written & oral) including computer literacy.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge in TPM, TQM, Preventive Maintenance, Company Act, Financial Rules, BAS & GAP, Fund Management, Project Financing and Corporate Governance etc.
- Age would be calculated on 04 January 2018. For departmental candidates age limit will be relaxed.
- Application in Prescribed Form along with a Pay Order/Bank Draft Tk. 1,000/- (One Thousand) payable to Rural Power Company Limited must be reached on or before 04 January 2018 (within 5:00 PM) to Managing Director, Rural Power Company Limited, House # 19, Road # 1/B, Sector # 09, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka-1230. The post applied for must be marked on top of the envelop.
- Candidates employed in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization or Government Power Sector utilities should apply through proper channel.
- If any fake declaration is found at any stage of screening process, the authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of the applicant. Any persuasion shall disqualify the candidature of the applicant.
