EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE (SALES)
Requirements:

  • Masters / Post Graduation from any reputed University.
  • Minimum experience of 2-3 years for Executive and 3-5 years for Senior Executive in Real Estate Sector are essential, especially on Apartment Sales.
  • Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
  • The applicants should have potentiality to generate new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
  • Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
  • Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill, leadership quality and good command over written & spoken English.
  • Ready to work under pressure and age should be around 30 years.

ASSISTANT MANAGER (SALES)
Requirements:

  • Masters / Post Graduation from any reputed University.
  • Minimum experience of 5-7 years in Real Estate Sector are essential, especially on Apartment Sales.
  • Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
  • The applicants should have potentiality to generate new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
  • Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
  • Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill, leadership quality and good command over written & spoken English.
  • Ready to work under pressure and age should be around 32 years.

EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE (LAND DEVELOPMENT)
Requirements:

  • Masters / Post Graduation from any reputed University.
  • Minimum experience of 2-3 years for Executive and 3-5 years for senior Executive in Real Estate Sector are essential, especially dealing with land procurement & joint venture development issues Land Procurement.
  • The incumbent should have sound knowledge on Land procurement affairs and practices, understanding of commercial aspects of agreements to be addressed with the Land Owners for Joint Venture Project.
  • Ability to preparing Land procurement related reports i.e. Preparation of Offer Letter, Joint Venture Agreements etc.
  • The incumbent should have strong communication and negotiation skills in presenting, discussing, and resolving different Land procurement issues.
  •  Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill, leadership quality and good command over written & spoken English.
  • Ready to work under pressure and age should be around 28 years.

PROJECT MANAGER (PM)- CIVIL

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any public university.
  • Minimum 12-15 years’ hands on experience in Real Estate Sector with at least 5-7 years in a managerial position are essential.
  • Ability to Planning, Scheduling, Conducting & Coordinating the Technical & Management aspects of Projects.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision to ensure quality construction works and project completion schedule.
  • Should have practical experience on project
    implementation independently; from planning to
    evaluation.
  • Experiences on participatory project implementation are desirable.
  • Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill, leadership quality and good command over written & spoken English.
  • Ready to work under pressure and age should be around 45 years.

DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER (DPM) – CIVIL
Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any public university.
  • Minimum 08-10 years’ hands on experience in Real Estate Sector with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position are essential.
  • Ability to Planning, Scheduling, Conducting & Coordinating the Technical & Management aspects of Projects.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision to ensure quality construction works and project completion schedule.
  • Should have practical experience on project implementtion independently; from planning to evaluation.
  • Experiences on participatory project implementation are desirable.
  • Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill, leadership quality and good command over written & spoken English.
  • Ready to work under pressure and age should be around 35 years.

PROJECT ENGINEER/SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (PE/SPE) – CIVIL
Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any public university.
  • Minimum (3-5 years for PE and 5-7 years for SPE) hands on experience in Real Estate Sector.
  • Ability to Planning, Scheduling, Conducting & Coordinating the Technical & Management aspects of Projects.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision to ensure quality construction works and project completion schedule.
  • Experiences on participatory project implementation are desirable.
  • Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill, leadership quality and good command over written & spoken English.
  • Ready to work under pressure and age should be around 30 years.

PROJECT ENGINEER/SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (PE/SPE) – ELECTRICAL
Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from any Public University.
  • Minimum (3-5 years for PE and 5-7 years for SPE) hands on experience in Real Estate Sector.
  • Must have the capability to understand engineering drawing (i.e. single line diagram, equipment layout, cable routing, etc.)
  • Guide & instruct team for proper installation of electrical panels, equipment etc.
  • Having a good knowledge on cable laying, termination, cable tray installation, transformer installation, instrument erection, etc.
  • Responsible to handover the job within schedule time and prepare necessary documents.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision to ensure quality works and project completion schedule.
  • Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill, leadership quality and good command over written & spoken English and ready to work under pressure.
