To reach our destination we are in search of talented, motivated and result oriented candidates for the following position:

Asst. Manager, Medical Affairs & Training

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CME & RTD on different products in different teritories
  • Keep good liaison with the KOLs
  • Make presentation in the doctors’ seminar of different therapeutic group
  • Building the capability of MPOs and AMs (field forces) on product knowledge, communication skills and selling skills
  • Conduct refreshers training continually
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Develop course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
  • Preparing annual training calendar and budget
  • Provide classroom training, demonstrations and on-the-job training
  • Maintaining good relationship with all stakeholders

Educational Requirement:

  • MBBS / B.Pharm from any reputed university
  • MBA in Marketing is preferred

Experience :

  • 5-7 years of experience in Medical Affairs & Training in any reputed pharmaceutical compar

Other Requirements:

  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required
  • Good planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and excellent presentation skills

Salary Range : Negotiable
