Jamuna Group is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and well experienced Officials with inherent ability to work in the following positions :

Position: Director (Administration):
Qualification and Experience: The Candidate should be Masters degree in any discipline preferably MBA having at least 20 years practical experience as Head of Administration of in a large Group of Companies. Candidate will have capability to handle of solving administrative problem in diplomatic manner including liaison with sister organizations (Mills/Factories and related Govt. & Autonomous bodies. Preference will be given to retired defense officer not below the rank of Colonel & civil retired Govt. Officer not below the rank of Additional Secretary.

Position: General Manager (HR & Admin):
Qualification and Experience: The candidate should have Master Degree in any discipline preferable MBA with at least 15 (fifteen) years practical working experience as Head of Administration in a Large Group of Company/lndustries. He will have well conversant about Recruitment, Training, Co-ordination, Labour related matters, Human Resource Development etc. Candidate will have capability to make liaison with sister organization (Mills/Factories) and related Govt./Autonomous Organization on behalf of the management independently. Retired Army Officer full fill above requirements may also apply.

Position: Deputy General Manager (HR & Admin):
Qualifications and Responsibilities: The Candidate must be Masters in any discipline preferably MBA in HRD Management. Should have minimum 12 years working experience in any large industrial/ Commercial organization in personnel Affairs, Establishment, Recruitment, Training, Co-ordination, Labour matters, Human Resource Development etc. Independently.

Position: Manager (HR & Admin):
Qualifications and Responsibilities: The Candidate must be Masters in any discipline preferably MBA in Management. Should have minimum 10 years working experience in any large industrial/ Commercial organization in Administration/ Legal & Labour affairs. Will have ability to Co-ordinate with Govt/Autonomous bodies for fulfillment the requirement of common service development of the organization.
