Role Overview
Responsible for managing the entire life cycle for a specific product line or business within GP. Accountable for growth and profitability in assigned areas. Responsible for product innovation, product positioning, business case, product experience and go-to-market strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development of viable and sustainable long-term strategies at Grameenphone
  • Responsible for end-to-end P&L for enterprise market in Bangladesh
  • Responsible for developing, and implementing enterprise market strategy that includes large, medium, SME and SOHO segments
  • Responsible for managing the entire life cycle of a business entity by developing and providing Business Solutions, voice and data solutions and digital services as applicable for the clients
  • Managing segment specific channels and providing services
  • Responsible for populating the overall roadmap for the product line or line of business
  • Responsible for developing product plans (Including target segment and value proposition) and business cases for assigned product or service
  • Responsible for identifying market size, preparation of business plans, and assisting in pricing recommendations for the defined product and service portfolio
  • Develop and own the go to market strategy to maximize market share, profitability, revenue retention and growth, and other strategic objectives
  • Responsible for ensuring that the product achieves its financial objectives
  • Responsible for monitoring products performance in-market (Financial, operational, and customer satisfaction)
  • Manage all life cycle migration strategies and the end of life decision for existing products and services

Education & Experience Requirements
Business Graduate or MBA from acknowledged institutions with major in marketing and technology background will be preferable.

Total 12 years of experience including 8 years’ of experience in telecom industry with in depth product understanding.
