Currently, CARE BD is looking for high potential FEMALE candidates for its HR Manager Position.

In this position you will ensure that all recruitment and staff transition follows proper procedures and policies and are executed efficiently and effectively. You will perform the functions relating to HR policy development/amendment and interpretation/ clarification, HR services, including but not limited to, grievance handling, salary changes, performance management, talent review, PCF maintenance, disciplinary action etc. You will assist the Director-HR in dealing with all HRM functions and work closely in critical issues, policy formulation and other HR matters.

Currently, CARE BD is looking for potential candidates for the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer position.

You will be a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer for Factory and Community Empowerment (FACE) Project. You will be responsible for reviewing, updating and implementing the LM&E framework/strategy for Improve Effective Coverage of the Project. You will work through implementing partner NGO, RMG workers, factory owners/management, community where the workers live and local representatives of donor agencies (GSK and M&S). You will be based out of our Dhaka/Gazipur Office. The duration of your contract will be up to January 31, 2020.
