Akij Food & Beverage Ltd., is a concern of Akij Group, one of the fastest growing FMCG companies in Bangladesh. Currently we are operating 15 renowned brands e.g. Frutika, Mojo, Clemon, Speed, Aafi etc. we are seeking applications from the following position:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Brief Job Description:

  • Monitor the daily activities of sales team as per scheduled plan.
  • Monitoring primary & secondary sales.
  • Carry out market visit, discuss with distributor & DSR identify the problem & advise them for improvement of sales.
  • Take initiative creating new business opportunity/insights & new distributors.
  • Fixation of daily & monthly sales target of the region & monitor for its achievement accordingly.
  • Responsible for realization of sales proceeds.
  • Closely monitor the movement of distribution vehicles.
  • Assist in implementing sales strategies, policies, promotional policies & officer orders.

Education:

  • Master’s/ MBA Marketing preferably from any public/reputed private university.

Experience:

  • 10 years practical experience in FMCG/reputed manufacturing company, while in 2 years in the same position.

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Brief Job Description:

  • Attending to the distribution point according to tour plan in time.
  • Confirmation the timely attendance of all TSM & SO.
  • Confirm timely product delivery to distributor point.
  • Carry out market visit with field force on regular basis.
  • Realization of sales proceeds & timely online confirmation.
  • Supervise & guide the sales force for increase the market share.

Education:

  • Master’s/MBA Marketing preferably from any public/reputed private university.

Experience:

  • 07 years practical experience in FMCG/reputed manufacturing company, while in 2 years In the same position.

Job Title: Territory Sales Manger

Brief Job Description:

  • Ensure the vehicle loading & timely sales out.
  • Morning meeting with Sales Officer.
  • Evening meeting with SO, DSR & Distributor.
  • Collection of daily demand after evening meeting.
  • Achievement of sales target (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
  • To solve any problem with field force, DSR & Customers relat-ing to sales & distributions.
  • Collection information about competitor activities.

Education:

  • Master’s/MBA Marketing preferably from any public/reputed private university.

Experience:

  • Fresh But practical experience in FMCG/reputed manufacturing company candidates will be given preference. Science and business background will be given preference.

Motorcycle driving ability is mandatory tor ASM & TSM.

Salary & Benefit: Attractive package will be offered commensurate with experience & qualification.
